Woboq Codebrowser for appleseed

Markus Goetz from Woboq was nice enough to index the entirety of appleseed's source code with Woboq Codebrowser. Similarly to LXR ("Linux Cross Reference"), it will show for each symbol where it is defined and where it is used. This makes it a great tool for navigating and exploring appleseed's source code.
